We are pleased to offer this unique opportunity for young men and women with at least a ‘C’ average to learn about local fire and rescue and emergency services response organizations in a controlled, educational, and fun atmosphere! The Fire and Rescue Explorer Post is not only an opportunity for young adults to learn about firefighting and emergency services as a career, but also allows for future opportunities. Activities and trainings will include CPR, First Aid, Personal and Protective Equipment and Gear, Radios, Ropes and Knots, Wild Land Firefighting, and much more! The experiences gained from being an Explorer promotes the growth and development of our youth.
